Terms of use
These terms apply when you download, install or use Mockasy. They are an agreement between you and Oleart LTD, a company registered in Bulgaria. Contact: support@mockasy.com.
What you get
A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install Mockasy on your own computers and use it to create print files, mockups and download PDFs for your artwork, including work you sell to customers. The plan you buy decides which features and limits apply. The current plans and limits are shown on the website and inside the program.
Your artwork and your output
You keep all rights to your artwork and to the files Mockasy creates from it. You confirm that you have the right to use the artwork you put into the program. We claim no rights to your files.
Mockup scenes and packs
Built-in mockup scenes and mockup packs remain the property of Oleart LTD or their creators. You may use finished mockup images you create with them in your own shop listings. You may not copy, extract, resell or redistribute the scene files or packs themselves.
If you load your own mockup files or scenes, you are responsible for having the right to use them.
Subscriptions and payment
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices, billing period, taxes and renewal are shown at checkout. A subscription renews until you cancel it. You can cancel in the customer portal link from your order email, and the licence stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds
If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the legal rights that apply to you. Refund wording to be confirmed by Oleart LTD, for example a 14-day money-back period. Refund requests go through Lemon Squeezy or to support@mockasy.com.
Licence key
One licence is for one customer. Do not share or publish your key. We may deactivate a key that is shared, resold or used to get around the limits of a plan.
Things you may not do
- Reverse engineer, decompile or modify the program, except where the law allows it.
- Remove or bypass licence checks or plan limits.
- Use Mockasy to create content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
- Resell or redistribute the program.
Third-party services
Dropbox, Google Drive and OpenAI features are optional and run under those companies' own terms. You are responsible for your own accounts, keys and any fees they charge, such as the cost of OpenAI image requests made with your key.
Updates and availability
We improve Mockasy over time and may change features, plans and mockup content. We aim to give notice of changes that reduce what a paid plan includes. The program is delivered as software you run yourself, and we do not promise that it will run without interruption or errors.
Warranty and liability
Mockasy is provided as it is. We do our best to make it work well, but we cannot promise that it fits every purpose or that its output will be free of errors. Check your files before you sell them. To the extent the law allows, Oleart LTD is not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Mockasy in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your mandatory consumer rights.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using Mockasy at any time by cancelling and uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you seriously breach these terms. Files you have already created stay yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Bulgaria. Disputes go to the competent courts of Bulgaria. If you are a consumer, you keep the right to rely on the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
Trademarks
Etsy, Dropbox, Google, OpenAI, Lemon Squeezy and Photoshop are trademarks of their owners. Mockasy is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using Mockasy after a change, the new terms apply to you.
